Well, it really isn't much of a recipe; more dircctions. :)
As many bananas as you want, peeled and cut in half.
Put a popsicle stick in the end and then place in a zip lock bag in the freezer
for about 2 hours.
Melt chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi sweet) until syrupy... be careful
not to burn. We melted ours in the microwave.
Crush some almonds and place on waxed paper.... you can use chopped peanuts if you prefer.
Remove bananas from zip lock back and use a spoon to put melted chocolate on banana working quickly so chocolate doesn't get hard.... roll in nuts and place on waxed paper.
When finished, roll up bananas still in waxed paper and place back in zip lock bags.
Freeze for another hour or two and then Enjoy!~

“I pray because I can't help myself. I pray because I'm helpless. I pray because the need flows out of me all the time- waking and sleeping. It doesn't change God- it changes me.”

that is really cool from rachel
Rachel,
You should try it! I bet you guys could come up with some great idea, like sprinkles, nuts, or something creative. :)
Our frozen banana's were so good, we're gonna do it again tomorrow! :)
Now you have really taken me back! As a child in summer if we behaved when out at the shops, my mom would stop at a local shop and get us these. They also did frozen pineapple slices, which my sister had but I preferred the banana. Another nice thing but not frozen is chocolate and banana on waffles or pancakes! mmm, this is making me hungry!
Made this today. Yum. Thanks for sharing!
