Sarah has a weaker muscle in her limb challenged leg. Alli has a weaker arm on her left side, so they have devised a girl wrestling an exercise plan where Sarah pushes against Alli's arm with her leg and Alli pushes against Sarah's leg with her arm and somehow, this is supposed to help improve things.
